When a professional climbs up the ladder of employment, he is permanently looking for a method to put himself above the rest. A method some use to achieve this is management coaching training. By associating with management coaches, the professional agrees to listen to external opinion/advice. However, it is the prerogative of the person to accept/reject the master class suggestions that help one succeed. For success, the trainee should be willing to listen and implement advice. The larger is the time spent in your abilities the better will be the reward.
